Indian Coast Guard ICG Recruitment 2025: The Indian Coast Guard, under the Ministry of Defence, has released the notification for Navik (General Duty & Domestic Branch) and Yantrik posts under CGEPT 01/2026 & 02/2026 batches.

Educational Qualification :-

  • Navik (General Duty): Passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized board.
  • Navik (Domestic Branch): Passed Class 10 from a COBSE-recognized board.
  • Yantrik: Passed Class 10 with a Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.

Age Limit :-

  • Navik (GD): Born between 01 Aug 2004 to 01 Aug 2008 (for 01/2026 & 02/2026 batches).
  • Yantrik: Born between 01 Mar 2004 to 01 Mar 2008 (for 01/2026 batch).
  • Navik (DB): Born between 01 Aug 2004 to 01 Aug 2008 (for 02/2026 batch).

Pay Scale :-

  • Navik (General Duty): Basic pay of ₹21,700 (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and applicable allowances.
  • Yantrik: Basic pay of ₹29,200 (Pay Level-5) plus ₹6,200 Yantrik pay, Dearness Allowance, and other admissible benefits.

Physical Fitness Test Criteria –

  • Running: 1.6 km in 7 minutes
  • Height: Minimum 157 cm
  • Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak): 20 reps
  • Push-Ups: 10 reps
